Executive Management Internship
Job description:
Complete a variety of administrative duties for the CEO, including: managing an extremely active calendar.
Researching, prioritizing, and following up on upcoming issues and concerns. Determining appropriate course of action, referrals, or responses.
Providing a smooth liaison between the CEO and internal departments; demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust, and support with the senior management team.
Working closely and effectively with the CEO to keep the CEO fully informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately.
Successfully completing key aspects of deliverables in a hands-on manner, including drafting confirmation letters, personal correspondence, and other tasks that facilitate the CEO’s ability to effectively lead the company
Job requirements:
Qualifications: 2nd year students to bachelor's degree graduates from university/college majoring in finance, economics, business administration, human resources, law, e-commerce, etc.
Ability to work with a positive and proactive attitude.
Proactive in work, responsible, team spirit, ability to research new work, carry out requests from superiors
